Welcome to Avant-Garde School of Dance!

We pride ourselves on quality instruction, nurturing each student, and offering a wide variety of classes to meet the needs of both students and adults. Our staff consists of professional dancers and certified instructors. We train aspiring young dancers, ice skaters, gymnasts, recreational students, and adults desiring overall fitness.

AGSD SUMMER INTENSIVE 2008

July 14th-August 8th

This comprehensive program is designed for ages 7 to 18. Our faculty consists of nationally acclaimed instructors and professional dancers. Students attend classes Monday through Friday. The curriculum will include Ballet Technique, Pointe, Variations, Repertory, Jazz, Modern, Character, Pilates, Adagio, and Seminars. AGSD's Summer Intensive will conclude with a performance at Hampden Hall, in Englewood Civic Center. Please call for pricing.

Register by June 1, 2008 and receive $50 off of tuition!

Also offering Pre-Ballet Dance Camp, ages 3-6, July14th-18th, from 9-10am.

NEW CLASS......ZUMBA!!!

Zumba combines high energy aerobic movement with motivating Latin and international music. The class combines Salsa, Merengue, Hip-Hop, and other forms of dance. This class is designed with interval training that will help tone and sculpt your body, and help YOU acheive overall fitness. The class is taught by Andrea Lewis who is a certified Zumba instructor.

Come join us Thusday's from 7:30-8:30!!

Thank you to all the families, friends, and supporters of AGSD for making our Mollet Performance a huge success!! AGSD students performed at Cleo Parker Robinson Theatre, March 21st and 22nd, premiering new choreography by Amy Earnest, Lance Hardin, and Ben Schultz. This breathtking annual event provides our students with more performance opportunities, which is vital to all young dancers. Everyone is looking forward to Mollet 2009!
